first.day(of.December); i.stir(in.sleep); searching(for.substance); dreams.tearing(at.seams); clouded(with.clarity); i.watch.myself; standing.next.to(bed); glaring.at(poking.head.with.contempt); stagnant & fragmented; all_three.versions(duplicated.meat.suits); unpredictable; confusion.frozen; doubt.exhausted; testing(air.for.answer); disappointing.myself(on.purpose); i’ve.been.through.it_many.times— an.athlete(at.being_wrong.well); trust > none < she.remembers me.trying.so.hard(to.forget.myself); a.ripple(of.slow.translation) returns.from(shadow.frame); each.version(tilting.slightly); repeating.lie: you.are.here; neighbours.notified that.i.human(right); room.reboots(three.into.one); breathing.architecture(of.damage); different.kind(of.miracle);
